In order to port your existing number to ViaTalk you simply fill out a form and provide a copy of your phone bill. You may request a softphone and ViaTalk provides configuration for Xten phones. The codec is G711u.
Simultaneous Ring allows you to forward incoming calls to multiple phone lines when they are received. For example, when receiving a call you could have it ring on your house line and business line simultaneously.
